Al Haqq (الحق) The Truth
The Real; Allah Maɗaukaki shi ne wanda ya cancanci a bauta masa, kuma tabbataccen da ba ya gushewa. Matabbacin gaskiya. --Category:99_names_of_Allah

He is the One who is absolute truth and unchanging. Truth is valuable, whereas justice means the truth being put into action. Al Haqq acts in accord with the needs of every situation and will judge accordingly. So be truthful in your speech and actions. Seek the truth in every situation and matter, no matter how insignificant. Stand firm on truth even when against yourself and loved ones.

This life is so short and so very fleeting. The akhira (hereafter) is a reality. Jannah (heaven) is a reality. Meeting Him is a reality. Meditate on these truths as much and as frequently as you can. And as you remember and reflect upon these truths, know that the fastest way to connect yourself to them is to practice visualization. There is a reason why there is so much imagery in the Qur'an, meaning God gives us so many details of jannah (heaven), meeting Him, the day of judgment.. etc. These details exist to stimulate our imagination. And we know In psychology that visualization and the use of imagery is actually one of the strongest tools for restructuring the mind and helping a person connect to their goals and ideal state.
So take the time to connect to the realities that God promised us. Do not let them fade away in the back of your mind and heart as you prioritize the promises of everything else but His. The remedy and healing for our hearts lies in connecting to truth, and all truth comes from Al Haqq. It is not a coincidence that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) would say when He gets up for prayer in the middle of the night: "O God! You are the Truth, Your Promise is True, Your Speech is True, Your Meeting is True, Paradise is True, the Hellfire is True, the Hour is True, the Prophets are True and Muhammad is True." [2]
Connecting to God's truth is what will purify and ignite our hearts, allow us to live from our souls, give us perspective, help us give everything its right, liberate our hearts from the shackles of our egos and the donia. It will awaken our senses and help us maximize our present. It will connect us very deeply to every intention behind every word we say and action we do. It will increase us sincerity and authenticity. Above all, it equips us with the most powerful tool of all: HOPE. There is always hope when we connect to God's promises. We are reminded that our souls are eternal, and none of our deeds go to waste. No effort is lost in vain and everything lost is found. Every oppression finds its justice and every prick of a thorn finds its relief. And every single experience we went through has its value.
Do not think that connecting to akhira or the reality that exists beyond this realm will make you morbid or depressed. Even Existential psychology says that the root of people's distress is that they have not come to terms with the temporariness of their life. This is a known psychological view that we struggle when we are disconnected from the reality of this life and the reality that it's fleeting. It also recognizes that when people connect deeply to the fact that their life is temporary, they begin to maximize their life and potential. They become happier and more positive. They are so much more present in the here and now, and therefore their present comes to life.
One of the greatest blessings that God gives us is the amount of detail about our journey after this life. He reminds us that our essence never dies, that we are NOT humanbeings having a spiritual experience, but rather we are spiritual beings having a human experience. It is the human experience that is temporary but our souls always have so much to gain.
