Mr Haidai said he was certain that the next target for the Russian troops are the Ukrainian cities of Sloviansk and Bakhmut in Donetsk region, Reuters reported.

Reuters reported that the British government had previously reached a similar agreement with the Rwandan government but the deal later faced several challenges.
