This template is used as a part of speech header for verbs.

Regular verbs

For regular verbs, use {{verb}} to make:

Different plain form (usually used for derived word forms)

To use a different verb from the pagename, use {{verb|talk}} to make:

Verbs ending with "e"

Verbs ending with "y"

Verbs with double consonants

Regular verbs that add "es"

For most regular verbs that add "es" because they end in a sound like "s", "sh", "ch", etc., use {{verb|push|es}} to make:
